    Description

    > Replace your worn or weathered dock roller before they fail and damage your dock or pilings.
    > Outstanding wear and weather resistance and often exceed original manufacture specifications.
    > These are an excellent upgrade over worn out urethane rollers.
    > Urethane rollers are only designed for boat trailers and don't stand to dock wear over time.
    > Compatible with bare pilings or pilings with Piling-Guard strips.
How to choose the right size roller(s) you need?
First, determine the outer diameter of your roller. Next, determine your axle diameter.
    Here is how:
There are several ways to determine the specs. If you own a caliper, this is generally the best & easiest.
For OD, you can also wrap the object with a piece of thread and mark two adjacent wraps. Remove the string, measure distance between two marks and divide that number by Pi.
For ID, you can use an index of drill bits to determine which drill bits most snug. You can also take the roller to Lowes. They have a rack filled with various sized wooden dowels. Find the size that fits most snuggly.
The diameter is generally 1/2″ or 5/8″. The two dimensions are very close, so please verify which size is needed.
    Lastly, measure the overall measurement.
We make the inner diameter slightly larger and the length slightly smaller, so the rollers turn more freely.
Size: Length x ID (Axle) x  OD
    Note I:
ID is the inner diameter for Axle
. For example, the ID 5/8" roller fits 5/8" axle (actual diameter is 5/8"+1/16" for easy rolling)
OD is the outer diameter of the roller
    .
Note II: This item is the replacement roller only, and does not include the metal bracket.
    Color: Black
( we get occasional requests for white color rollers, but we strive to make the best possible product and black is much more resistant to UV rays than white.)
